Day by day
Days 1–2: Marrakech
Arrive privately, settle into your riad and use the second day for a guided medina visit, food, gardens or a slower cultural experience.
Day 3: High Atlas and Aït Benhaddou
Cross the mountains with time for viewpoints and lunch rather than treating the day as a race to the south. Continue toward Aït Benhaddou and Skoura or Ouarzazate.
Day 4: Valleys and gorges
Move through the southern valleys toward Dadès or Todra, with stops chosen for the group rather than every roadside attraction.
Days 5–6: Sahara
Reach Merzouga, spend the evening in the dunes and overnight in a selected desert camp. A second Sahara day gives room for 4x4 exploration, local music, villages or simply a slower morning.
Days 7–8: Fes
Travel north through the Middle Atlas, then spend a full day with a private guide inside Fes rather than trying to understand the medina alone in a few hours.
Day 9: Chefchaouen
Continue to the Rif Mountains for a slower afternoon and evening in the blue city.
Day 10: Departure
Depart from Tangier or Fes depending on flights, or extend north if you have more time.
